Sliding Fee Payment Program
The Sliding Fee Scale Program allows eligible patients to receive services at a reduced cost based on household income and household size, using current Federal Poverty Guidelines. Eligibility is determined regardless of insurance coverage.

Norkris Foundation
The Norkris Foundation serves as the non-profit division of Norkris Services, Inc. Norkris Foundation helps increase our ability to better serve the community through programs such as Life Skills Training, Health Education, and Holistic Healing Services. Norkris Foundation will also offer additional methods for healing, such as complementary adjuncts to pharmacology and talk therapy. Example topics include: lessons in nutrition counseling, exercise, nature, therapeutic essential oils, acupressure, and other healing modalities.

National Neurofeedback Network
This site was created for one simple reason – to enable people seeking the services of a neurofeedback specialist to locate, research, and contact the closest providers in their area. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation. SAMHSA envisions that people with, affected by, or at risk for mental health and substance use conditions receive care, achieve well-being, and thrive.

Klein Family Center
The Klein Family Center provides access to 24/7 care for people in the Harford County area experiencing mental health or addiction issues. We offer immediate access to services in a safe and comfortable environment for adults and kids ages 5 years and older.
Behavioral Health Pavilion
The Behavioral Health Pavilion in Aberdeen provides compassionate and judgement-free care to patients looking for mental and behavioral health services.

The Havre de Grace Housing Authority
The Havre de Grace Housing Authority at Somerset Manor was established in the 1970s to provide affordable housing for low to moderate income families in Harford County, Maryland. The HDGHA is the only public housing facility in Harford County, with 50 single family townhomes and 10 elderly/disabled townhomes. Since their inception, they have served nearly 1,500 families.

Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center
Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center is a comprehensive continuum of care destination for individuals suffering from alcoholism and other chemical dependency addictions. Located in Harford County at the mouth of the Susquehanna River on the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, Harbor of Grace delivers a holistic approach to substance abuse treatment, addressing the needs of the patient’s mind, body and spirit.

Postpartum Support International
Postpartum Support International (PSI) was founded in 1987 by Jane Honikman in Santa Barbara, California. The purpose of the organization is to increase awareness among public and professional communities about the emotional changes that women experience during pregnancy and postpartum. Approximately 15% of all women will experience postpartum depression following the birth of a child. Up to 10% will experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy. When the mental health of the mother is compromised, it affects the entire family.

MGH Center for Women's Mental Health
The Center for Women’s Mental Health at Massachusetts General Hospital provides state-of-the-art evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders associated with female reproductive function including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), pregnancy-associated mood disturbance, postpartum psychiatric illness, and peri- and post- menopausal depression. Clinical care is complemented by research in each of these areas ranging from studies of a spectrum of treatments for women who suffer from PMDD, postpartum depression, and depression in menopause to longitudinal observational studies for women who suffer from mood disorders during pregnancy.
